Early 2025
Two planning Appeals won and a flurry of other approvals
GK Architects secured an impressive number of planning permissions, including several challenging cases. Notably, we successfully won two planning appeals for a 12,000 sqft house in Holland Park, London (W14), overturning decisions made by RBKC last year. Construction work is now in full swing.
